01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User", "you") and 2006ph ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 2006ph.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

2006ph operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving Filipino players under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our platform provides slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and exclusive proprietary titles including Super Wheel and Fortune Tree, all available in Philippine Peso (₱).

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2006ph platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for that promotion only.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the 2006ph platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 2006ph, its affiliates, software providers, payment processors, or marketing partners, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have previously had a 2006ph account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause by the Company.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details.

2006ph conducts age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money-laundering requirements. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys ID, passport, SSS card, GSIS card, PRC ID, or driver's license — before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to pass KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

03 Account Rules & Security

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 2006ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent detection — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2006ph username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 2006ph account that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or representatives.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this is strongly recommended and may be required for high-value withdrawal requests.
• Notify 2006ph support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

2006ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. All wagers and transactions completed using your credentials before you report a security concern to us are your responsibility.

The name registered on your 2006ph account must match the name on the GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays, additional verification requirements, or rejection of the withdrawal request pending resolution.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

2006ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) exclusively through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed through secure, audited payment gateways. 2006ph does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the 2006ph deposit page and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds.
• 2006ph does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an AML review and account suspension.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 2006ph account after successful KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed on the 2006ph withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 2006ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above specified thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
• Players who have availed of a welcome bonus or any active promotion may be required to complete the associated wagering requirement before withdrawing their deposit.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

2006ph offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine-resident players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• 2006ph reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retroactively affect a bonus already in progress for an eligible player.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus mechanics — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
• Where a bonus is credited in error, 2006ph reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount from your balance at any time.

06 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

2006ph offers casino games, slots, live dealer tables, online bingo, sports betting, and exclusive proprietary titles. By placing any wager on the 2006ph platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes on 2006ph are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed and regulated game suppliers including, but not limited to, JILI, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and Habanero. Results are fair, random, and independently verified.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player.
• 2006ph reserves the right to void any wager that was placed due to a software error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. These limits are binding and cannot be overridden.
• For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the platform, including rules on void bets, event cancellations, and settlement procedures for PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other covered events.
• 2006ph is not responsible for any wager placed during a period of interrupted internet connectivity on the player's end. Completed wagers registered by the platform's server are final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2006ph platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or continued use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Creating, operating, or using more than one 2006ph account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or detection systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the Company.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity in contravention of Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to 2006ph support immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract funds from the platform dishonestly.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to play games or place bets on your behalf without human input.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2006ph staff, support agents, or other platform users through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any 2006ph game or platform component.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2006ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, proprietary titles such as Super Wheel and Fortune Tree, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2006ph or its licensed content providers and game suppliers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 2006ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any platform content without prior written consent from 2006ph.
• Use any 2006ph trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.
• Create derivative works based on any 2006ph proprietary content.
• Use data scraping, crawling, or automated extraction tools on any part of the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 2006ph intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2006ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 2006ph platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

Without limiting the foregoing, 2006ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 2006ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2006ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures in the Philippines — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 2006ph will not be liable for any losses sustained during such periods.

10 Responsible Gaming

2006ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all members seriously. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your net session result to help you stay aware of your gaming activity.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

2006ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Direction by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Account holder's failure to meet or maintain eligibility criteria, including the 21-year minimum age requirement.

Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus obligations.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game result, or account matter, you should first contact 2006ph customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 2006ph will investigate the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.

For disputes involving game outcomes on certified third-party games (JILI, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, Habanero, etc.), the game provider's certified RNG logs and server records shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes and shall be binding in all dispute resolutions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

2006ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the 2006ph homepage, an in-account notification upon your next login, or an email to the address registered on your account.

The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 2006ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
